Pumpkin Shirts

Pumpkin shirts for the whole stretch of fall, not just October 31 — patch graphics, stacked pumpkins, jack-o'-lantern faces, retro washes. Every one of them prints on soft garment-dyed cotton. These are the tees people actually wear to the patch, to the farm stand, and to Thanksgiving, which is why none of them are dated or costume-shaped. A pumpkin tee has a longer season than any other Halloween design. Ours are colored for it: rust, moss, butter, ivory and pepper rather than the orange-and-black-only palette that stops making sense on November 1. The blank matters as much as the print. Heavyweight garment-dyed cotton with a lived-in hand, screen printed so the design does not crack after the first hot wash. Wash cold and inside out and it holds. Fit is relaxed unisex. Size down one if you want it closer to the body, stay true for the roomy look most people are wearing with jeans and boots.
