Standard shipping takes 1-2 business days to process plus 3-6 business days in transit (4-8 business days total) anywhere in the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Yes - free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.
Yes - at the same rates as the rest of the country. Standard shipping is $6.99, free over $75, to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to AK/HI usually lands at the long end of the estimate, around 8 business days.
Express Shipping ($12.99) takes 3-6 business days total. Overnight Shipping ($24.99) ships via FedEx Priority and takes 2-4 business days total, including handling.
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order code and the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We accept PayPal, plus Visa, Mastercard and American Express processed through PayPal's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. There is no restocking fee - return shipping is a flat $6.99, deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Yes. Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want - this is the fastest way to guarantee availability.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including a free return label if needed.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or adjust an order within a couple of hours of placement, before it enters handling - after that, please use our return process instead.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang dry to protect embroidery and printed graphics. Do not iron directly on a printed or embroidered area.
Take your normal size for the relaxed fit these are cut for, or size down one if you want it closer to the body. Every product page shows the garment measurements for that exact blank under Size Guide — width is armpit to armpit laid flat, length is shoulder to hem, so you can measure a shirt you already own and match it. The full chart for every blank we print on, S through 5XL, is on our Size Guide page. Comfort Colors is not made in 5XL, which is why those products stop at 4XL.
Yes - contact us with the items, sizes, and quantities you need. We can often accommodate group and bulk orders for parties, staff teams, or events; response time is 1-2 business days.
Yes. All transactions are processed by PayPal over an encrypted connection, and our entire site is served over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card number.

Our prints and embroidery are chosen for durability, but like any printed or stitched garment they last longest when washed cold, inside out, and air dried. Following the care instructions above will keep colors and stitching looking sharp for many seasons.
