Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Pepper & Moss ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, at the same published rates. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on every order over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat standard rate of $6.99. The threshold is the same for every state.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders require 1-2 business days of handling time after the order cut-off for quality check and packaging before they ship.

Estimated Delivery by Shipping Method

Total estimated delivery time = handling time + shipping time, counted from the day the order is placed.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote ZIP codes can run to the long end of each range.

Sales Tax

Listed prices include any applicable sales tax. The price on the product page is the price you pay - no tax line is added on top at checkout, and nothing is added to your total afterwards.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of placing your order. It lists the items you ordered, the shipping method you chose and the total delivery estimate for that method. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first, then contact us - a mistyped email address is the most common reason an order confirmation looks missing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no additional charge.
