X-Men Storm Resin Lamp, Ororo Munroe Epoxy Resin Diorama Night Light, Handmade Superhero Desk Decor, Fan Art Gift

Storm is caught mid-flight here, hovering above a swirling dark pedestal with translucent trails of resin curling around her to stand in for wind, cloud and the charge she pulls out of the air. The figure is suspended inside a crystal-clear epoxy block, which means you read her through several centimetres of resin and the pose appears to float free of the base. When the light is on, the pale streaks in the resin catch first and the darker pedestal stays heavy underneath, so the storm effect looks lit from inside rather than shone upon. Three sizes are available. S is 5.1 by 2.5 inches, M is 5.9 by 3.2 inches, and L is 7 by 3.3 inches, each on its own base; the larger blocks give the surrounding weather detail more room and more depth to look into. Pieces are poured and assembled by hand, so the swirl pattern and the exact tilt of the figure are never identical twice. It works as a desk light, a shelf diorama for a comic collection, or a lamp for a room already full of superhero art.
