A starship hangs in a thin slab of resin here, the hull built up from clay, acrylic and metallic detailing before the pour, with saucer, nacelles and pylons kept sharp against clear epoxy. The slab is only about 1.6 inches deep, so the ship appears to be seen through a viewport rather than embedded in a cube, and light entering the base runs along the underside of the hull and glows at the resin edges. Set on wood, it reads as a display model as much as a lamp, which is the point. Three choices to make. Style picks the ship: NCC 1701 (KT), NCC-74656 (GA), NCC 1701 (GA), NCC 1701D (GA), NCC 74656 (KT), NCC 1701E or NCC 2000. Size runs S at 5.9 by 4.9 by 1.6 inches, M at 6.6 by 6.1 by 1.6, L at 7.4 by 6.6 by 1.6 and XL at 9.2 by 7.6 by 1.9 inches, each listed plain or in an "and Engraving" version where text is cut into the base. The Personalization field is required and takes up to 15 characters for that engraving. Everything is assembled, painted and finished by hand, so fine detail and resin clarity vary between pieces.
