The saucer section and warp nacelles of the Enterprise sit inside a disc of resin with a starfield worked in behind them. The body of the night light is cut from high-quality wood, carved and sanded to a smooth finish, while the ship itself is molded in resin and clay with acrylic used for the clear elements, then hand-painted so the hull plating, the deflector dish and the lit nacelle grilles each catch the glow differently. The Style axis holds eight ships, so the same frame can carry a different vessel: NCC 1701(GA), NCC 74656(GA), NCC 74656(KT), NCC 1701D(GA), NCC 1701A(GA), NCC 1701 NX-01, NCC 2000 and DS9 for the station instead of a starship. Size is separate: Size S at 5.9 x 4.9 inches (15 x 12.5 x 4 cm), Size M at 6.6 x 6.1 inches (17 x 15.5 x 4 cm) and Size L at 7.4 x 6.6 inches (19 x 17 x 4 cm). Batteries are not included, so the lamp runs continuously from a 5VDC supply. All of it is handmade, meaning wood tone and paint detail differ between pieces.
