Star Trek Deep Space Nine Resin Lamp, USS Defiant NX-74205 Sci Fi Spaceship Night Light, Starship Model Gift

An orbital station the size of a small moon dominates this block, with the Defiant running in close along its upper pylon and a handful of smaller craft strung out behind in the nebula. Blue and violet cosmic cloud fills the epoxy around them, broken by streaks of fiery orange where weapons fire has been suspended mid-flash. Lit from the wooden base, those hot colours flare first and the station's ring resolves slowly out of the dark. Four sizes are listed, S, M, L and XL, the larger blocks giving the station and the pursuing ships more separation from front to back. The whole scene sits inside crystal-clear epoxy resin on a handcrafted wooden LED base. Each lamp is built by hand: positioning the miniature spacecraft, painting the galaxy effects, pouring, curing, sanding, polishing and finishing the wood can run to roughly forty hours, and the nebula pattern comes out different every time. For a Star Trek collector, a shelf of starship models or a gaming room that needs one strong light source, it works as model and lamp at once.
