It works on cars, trucks, motorcycles, generators and lawn mowers.</p><ul><li>Remove the spark plug wire, attach the black boot connector to the spark plug, then push the metal end of the tester into the plug wire.</li><li>Start the engine. If the ignition circuit is complete, the bulb flashes inside the clear housing.</li><li>Rubber boot, high-temperature resistant wire, plated metal shaft and clear acetate plastic lamp housing.</li><li>Measures about 4.92 inches for the tester body and about 2.75 inches for the boot and cable section, as shown in the listing photos.</li></ul><p>You receive one ready-to-use tester. Each unit is one spark plug tester.</p>
