Set the suction cup base on the counter, drop food into the clear barrel, and turn the handle to shred, slice or julienne. Five interchangeable blades cover common cuts: a slicing blade, a wavy slicing blade, a 2mm julienne blade, a 4mm shredding blade and a 6mm shredding blade. The blades are made of 430 stainless steel, and the body is plastic and metal.</p><p>The grater stands about 11 inches tall and 9.8 inches wide with its hopper.
