They are made to be applied at home in about 10 minutes and can last up to 4 weeks with proper prep.</p><ul><li>Kit includes nail glue (0.07 oz / 2 g), 24 sticky tabs, a cleansing alcohol wipe, and a nail file and buffer.</li><li>Use the jelly tabs for easy removal or the glue for stronger wear.</li><li>Sizes S, M and L. Nail width in mm (thumb / index / middle / ring / pinky): S 15/11/12/11/9, M 16/12/13/12/10, L 17/13/14/13/11.</li><li>If you are between sizes or have flatter nail beds, size up.</li></ul><p>Each unit is one set of press-on nails.</p>
