Pour used oil through the fine mesh filter bowl to catch food debris, then pour the clean oil back out through the pot's spout. The mesh frying basket lifts fried food out of hot oil.</p><p>Made from 304 stainless steel, the pot comes with a lid and is listed for gas, electric ceramic, electric and induction stoves.
