A whale moves through the middle of this clear epoxy block with a diver well below it, small enough to make the animal's scale obvious. Stingrays cross behind them, jellyfish are set into the upper layers, and a band of coral reef in bright acrylic colour runs along the foot of the pour. Natural wood carries the base and hides the LED, which lights the resin from underneath so the tinted layers shimmer and the whole piece behaves like a miniature aquarium with no water in it. The Size axis gives three options in inches: M at 6.7 by 4.7, L at 8 by 6.7 and XL at 10 by 8.7. Going larger mostly buys depth, since the extra resin puts more distance between the whale, the diver and the reef below them. Materials are epoxy resin, a natural wood base, an LED unit, miniature figurines and acrylic paint. Because each scene is arranged and poured by hand, figure placement, bubble patterns and colour density are different in every lamp, and it works equally well as a night light, a table lamp or a collected piece.
