Nightcrawler is caught mid-teleport, body coiled and tail whipping behind him while a cloud of resin smoke marks the spot he has just left. Kurt Wagner's blue skin, pale eyes and the dark panels of his uniform are hand-painted, and the figure is mounted so the smoke trail wraps around him in three dimensions. Light from the base pushes through that trail and makes the displacement cloud glow from the inside out. Two scenes sit under Option: the Nightcrawler build described above, or a Storm figure instead. Size is chosen separately — S, M or L — with the dioramas running 13 x 6.5 cm (5.1 x 2.5 inches), 15 x 8 cm (5.9 x 3.2 inches) and 17 x 8.5 cm (7 x 3.3 inches) as they step up. Each one arrives on a USB-powered LED base with a remote for the color, packed in protective gift packaging, and an artisan keycap is included. Resin flow, bubble patterns and wood grain are never identical between pieces because everything is cast and assembled by hand, which is why slight differences from the photographs are normal rather than faults.
