Michigan Sand Resin Night Light, Handmade Lake Huron Beach Epoxy Art, Michigander Gift and Coastal Decor

The silhouette of Michigan is poured in epoxy resin and seeded with genuine sand carried home from the Lake Huron shoreline, so the grain you see settled naturally while the resin cured. Light rising from inside travels up through the clear body of the state and catches in that sand layer, which warms the lower portion to a soft beach tone while the upper peninsula edge stays glassy and bright. Shift your angle and the shoreline texture reads differently, the way wet sand does at dusk. Each Michigan stands roughly 4.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide, and it sits on a rotating base, so the state can be swivelled side to side to face the room rather than the wall. A light bulb is included, and there are no size or colour choices to work through here, as the piece is offered in one fixed build. Hand pouring real beach sand into resin means no two pieces come out alike. Sand distribution, tiny bubbles and depth of tone shift from one to the next, so the photographed lamp will be close in colour, style and design rather than identical. Minor imperfections come with that process. It suits a bedside table, a bathroom shelf, or any corner that could use a little Great Lakes pride.
