Handmade Red Resin Lamp, Red Amber Burl Wood Desk Light, Ambient Epoxy Night Light, Bookshelf and Game Room Decor, Housewarming Gift for Him

A slab of burl wood sits fused into translucent crimson-amber resin and polished into an asymmetrical faceted prism. There is no figure or diorama here: the subject is the material itself, the growth rings and raw contours of the timber reading through the colour like a piece of glowing ember trapped in stone. Switched on, the light travels along the grain and throws a warm red glow across the wall behind it. The lamp uses optical-grade epoxy resin and selected live-edge burl wood on a hand-finished wooden pedestal. A 5W warm LED system runs on 5V USB, plug and play with computer ports, laptops or a standard phone charger, and an inline switch on the cable handles power. Three sizes are listed: medium at 6.7 x 4.7 x 1.4 in, large at 7.9 x 5.5 x 1.4 in and extra large at 9.1 x 6.3 x 1.6 in, each the same design scaled up. The box holds the lamp and the LED wood base with its USB cable. Because the wood is natural and each piece is poured, cured and buffed individually, grain, tone and the exact facet angles vary. It suits a study desk, a bookshelf, a side table or a game room corner.
