Final Fantasy VII Buster Sword Resin Wood Night Light, Handmade Epoxy Gamer Collectible, Christmas Gift for Him

The Buster Sword stands point-down inside this block, its broad slab blade and wrapped grip rendered small but unmistakable, held upright in clear resin so you can walk around it and read the silhouette from both faces. Resin and wood are the only materials: the poured block above, the lit wooden base below. Turn it on and the colourful LED washes up the length of the blade, and on the blue settings the whole piece settles into the cool, slightly melancholy light that the game's skies are remembered for. The lamp measures roughly 5.9 by 3.1 inches, which puts it comfortably on a desk beside a monitor, a bookshelf of game cases, or a bedside table where it can work as a soft night light. There is one configuration here, so nothing needs choosing beyond deciding where it goes. It is made by hand, pour by pour, so the tilt of the sword, the clarity of the resin and the grain of the wood base shift from one lamp to the next. For a Final Fantasy VII player, that slight unrepeatability is part of why it reads as a collectible rather than a mass-made ornament.
