Red and gold panels are picked out by hand before the figure is set into clear epoxy, and the resin behind him is poured with enough depth that the core's glow appears to carry back into the material rather than stopping at the surface. Switch the base on and that effect sharpens: the chest reactor reads as the light source, the suit catches hard highlights, and the rest of the block holds a cooler cast around it. The SIZE menu steps through M, L and XL as the lamp body grows, and a separate entry on the same menu is a thank you card on its own. Wood and epoxy resin, run from 5V USB power. Quoted dimensions refer to the main lamp body, and a tolerance of roughly 0.3 to 0.7 inches applies to work done by hand. Each piece is poured and finished individually, so paint detail, resin clarity and the wood grain under it vary from lamp to lamp.
